How It Works
Open the Advancement tab to see your unit's progress at a glance — active rank counts, pending approvals, and recent sign-offs. Select a scout from the member list to view their full rank trail with every requirement's status. Click any requirement to sign it off with optional notes and a completion date. For troop meetings or campouts where many scouts complete the same requirement, use Bulk Sign-Off to select a rank, pick the requirements, check the scouts, and approve them all at once. Youth sign-offs appear in a separate approval queue where leaders can review, approve, or reject with a reason.
