How It Works
Start by uploading your activity list file from the Import page. ScoutTrax reads every row and shows you a preview of what will be imported. From there, you can match activity types and locations using the suggested dropdowns, or click "Import Now, Match Later" to bring everything in immediately. After import, the Calendar page shows amber banners for any events that still need a type or location. Click "Resolve" to open a panel where you pick from a categorized list or search your existing locations, and every matching event updates at once.
