How It Works

A treasurer sets up payment processing from the Billing page by connecting a PayPal or Stripe account. From there, any invoice can include a "Pay Now" link. When a parent clicks the link, they complete payment through the processor's secure checkout. The payment is captured, the invoice balance updates, and a ledger entry is created — all without the treasurer lifting a finger.
